The location is superb, the staff was friendly, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast anywhere we’ve had in a ski town, the room was super clean and spacious, and the hot tub & sauna is a must after a whole day of skiing. This is our third winter back at this hotel, still love it!

Cute ski hotel right in the center of town. Very good breakfast and dinner included in our rate.

The hotel is brilliantly positioned for easy access to the ski areas, and is only a short walk from the main part of town, where shops and restaurants are plentiful. The breakfast at the hotel was great, and the staff were lovely and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and super nice people. Big bed, balcony with mountain view, open air jacuzzi, what else do you need?

The breakfast buffet (not included, but not expensive) was great, mini pancakes, muesli, coffee, pastries, bread, etc. the lady at the front desk was very nice. we took the bus to the ski slopes, free, and close by.

Very good located, the room was confortable and the balcony has a good view with sun in the end of the day. Spa and breakfast made the experience even more agreable. Finally, the holders were particularly nice.

The best part of this property was the amazing included breakfast. Really enjoyed, thank you!

This is just THE BEST place to stay in La Clusaz! Perfect location in the heart of town, great breakfast, nice restaurant for lunch or dinner, also quite nice to sit on the terrace for a beer or glass of wine in late afternoon or early evening.

Great hotel 5-10 minutes drive from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. But still, very calm and quiet. Staff is absolutely wonderful (kind, always pro-active, very knowledgeable about the region ... ) Very clean, and Food was absolutely delicious > you can change the daily menu for a Fondue/Raclette or Tartiflette if you do not like the daily). Having access to the SPA (1h, daily reservation) was a great plus after a day skiing.
