The gîte has been beautifully crafted within one of the outbuildings of their 19th-century farm. Fully renovated in keeping with local tradition, it offers the perfect starting point to fully experience the cultural and tourist attractions of Touraine, the cradle of French royalty for centuries. The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th and is shared with the owners.

Located just 2 km from the Loire River, the property is within easy reach of many of the Loire Valley's most famous castles, including Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, and many others. The region offers a wide range of cultural and outdoor activities, from zoological parks and museums to the "Loire à Vélo" cycling paths, hiking, and canoeing. The city of Tours, just 15 km away, invites you to stroll through its historic center and dine at one of its many restaurants. The historic town of Langeais, located 10 km away, features a wonderful market on Sunday mornings. You will find local producers inside the covered market hall, and the market stalls stretch out extensively into the surrounding streets. On this occasion, all the local shops in town are open.
