Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. A first bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a dressing room. The second with a 140x190 bed. The third with a 160x190 bed and the last with a 160x200 bed Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden facing South-West with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. A 28m2 garage is at your disposal to store sports equipment or motorcycles. Possibility of replacing a 160x200 bed with two 80x200 beds (notify the owner a few days before arrival)
