Beautiful property located in Planguenoual between the sea and the countryside, close to the sea, the customs paths, the numerous tourist sites and its private heated swimming pool. This pretty farmhouse in local stone will seduce you by its location and its large spaces. The enclosed outdoor space with trees has a south-facing terrace, sheltered from the prevailing winds, and a heated swimming pool with deckchairs and lounge. The pool is available from May to September. It is equipped with a safety curtain. Children must be supervised by their parents and the owner declines all responsibility in case of accident. The minor maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant; the complete cleaning is done every week. Upon entering the house, you will be seduced by the colors giving a warm and trendy atmosphere.
