Appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du musée Soulages, en plein cœur de Rodez. Installé sur la partie haute du piton, vous profitez d’un accès entièrement à pied et sans pente aux commerces, restaurants et sites historiques — un vrai avantage dans cette ville réputée pour ses rues pentues. Le grand atout du lieu : un jardin arboré de 800 m² avec piscine, en plein centre-ville. Une rareté à Rodez, où très peu d’hébergements proposent une piscine. Centre-ville, calme, verdure et baignade… tout est réuni pour un séjour confortable et privilégié.
