A quiet apartment, not overlooked and maintained at an ideal temperature, designed to be cozy, functional, and fully equipped with everything you need to relax and recharge. Enjoy a living room with over 4 meters of ceiling height and a large terrace offering spectacular views of the Piau peaks. Upon entering on the first level, you will find on your left a bunk bed with an individual lamp, curtain, and power outlets. On your right are the toilet and a separate shower. On the second level, enjoy a high-ceiling living area with a large bay window, a large window, a dining table, chairs, a sofa bed, a television, a laundry basket, a refrigerator, a microwave grill, a kettle, a toaster, and a capsule espresso coffee machine. On the third level: a comfortable double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk area, and a relaxation space. You can enjoy your afternoon snack on the terrace with its chairs and folding table. The apartment offers plenty of storage space. This apartment is self-managed. Please ensure cleaning is done at the end of your stay, and bring your own bed linen and towels.
