Guests enjoy complimentary access to exceptional wellness facilities, including a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room, and climbing space—an uncommon level of comfort in Chamonix. The apartment features one bedroom, a bathroom, a living area with an open kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a private balcony with views of the Mont Blanc peaks. Premium finishes, fast fibre internet, and carefully selected furnishings ensure a relaxed and pleasant stay, whether for a short break or a longer holiday. The residence is centrally located in the Chamonix valley, in a quiet residential area known as Les Praz. This is one of the valley’s most desirable neighbourhoods, appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere, open spaces, and beautiful views of the Mont Blanc range. Les Praz offers easy access to the centre of Chamonix as well as to surrounding ski areas, forests, and the river. Guests can reach many of Chamonix’s activities and points of interest with ease. Ski lifts are accessible within a short drive or by free local transport. The Flégère cable car is approximately a 15-minute walk away. The town centre can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot, or more quickly by bus or train, both of which are easily accessible from the residence.
