In the historic center of Condom, this T1 bis of 30m2 on the ground, just renovated, is very bright. The retro decoration of antique objects, gives charm, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small old building (no elevator), it is attic, lit by 2 skylights roof and 2 small windows overlooking a small street . The new kitchen is equipped (oven, fridge top, plates, Senséo) with a small new bathroom also shower and toilet. Parquet floor, exposed beams.
