Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area - A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A 10 m² bedroom with two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180x200) and storage space - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 5 m² west-facing balcony terrace with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy the fine weather. Communal area within the residence : - A shared, heated swimming pool of around 90 m², comprising an indoor and an outdoor section. The indoor area is open all year round, while the outdoor area is open according to the season. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. - Sauna Hammam open all year round free of charge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
