On the first floor of the residence the Pavilion of the Hotel Dieu you will discover a modern loft with touches of authenticity, found during my walks in the region. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning Ample free parking this located in front of the residence. You will have a large living room equipped (Marshall speaker, TV of 170 cm, PS4, table football). Kitchen equipped with appliances. A master bedroom of 17m2 and another bedroom of 15m2 with two twin beds of 90cm. Bathroom with industrial style. The rental is offered with all linens, nesespresso coffee capsules, and Esteban brand shower gel.
