Idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre ville de Castres, de la gare trains/bus et de la zone de Mélou. Le Maillot IV a été entièrement rénové et isolé conformément aux nouvelles normes, il est climatisé et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit et facile. L'appartement propose une connexion Wifi gratuite. Le linge de lit et les draps de bain sont fournis.
