Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² duplex flat with sea view for rent in Bénodet, less than 100 m from the beach and with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (without lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with two single beds - Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine First floor: - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10am to 8pm from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September). - A 4 m² south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the sea view.
