Public parking also available nearby. Nearby: Ideally located on the lakeshore, the apartment offers immediate access to the cycle path and is about a 30-minute drive from Annecy city center, with its shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Activities: From the apartment, set off for bike rides along the water, enjoy water sports (swimming, paddleboarding, wakeboarding), explore the hiking trails of the Semnoz, or discover the charm of Annecy’s old town. Thrill-seekers can also try paragliding over the lake. Transports : Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop near the residence, provide easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 40 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5–20 minutes). Geneva International Airport is about 1h15 away by car. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services. If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence. Public parking is also available nearby if needed.
