Property info

Le Patio is ideally located in the heart of a village on the edge of the Ille et Rance canal and 10 minutes from the superb medieval town of Dinan. The establishment was taken over in June 2020 by the new managers. Our spacious rooms were completely redone in February 2021, all have a private shower room or bathroom and toilet. The rooms open onto an interior patio where calm is absolute. You can also eat on site as the Patio is also a traditional restaurant. The 2 activities are completely independent. The interior patio is a place of calm and relaxation during the summer months. You can also walk to the various shops in the village (bank, florist, pharmacy, garage, mini-market ...). For pleasant walks, the canal towpath is right next door, as is the base of the Bétineuc ponds. Comfort, quality and hospitality are our priorities. We also have an outbuilding to store bicycles.

Superb medieal town of Dinan is at 11km, Saint Malo is at 36km, Le Tronchet golf is at 19km, Rennes is at 45km.
