When we bought Guernegroach the Studio was the only habitable part of the property. It is now a comfortable stylish large living space with a bathroom on the ground floor ideal for 2 people. Two large french windows look onto the courtyard of the property with outdoor seating just in front - there's also a section of garden allotted to the studio for garden pursuits - sunbathing, games or dining.
Welcome to my Queendom! Artist, interpreter and entrepreneur. I'm English but have lived in France for more than 30 years. I discovered Brittany in 2005 and love everything about it including the weather! I rent out my gîtes to allow me to live on this magnificent property and I have lavished as much love on the gîtes as I have on my own home - what can I say? I just love properties.
The Pays du Roi Morvan is a captivating region nestled in the heart of Brittany, where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with modern charm. Steeped in history, this area offers a delightful mix of natural beauty and cultural gems for the modern traveler. Langoëlan is mid way between Pontivy and Gourin and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Guémené sur Scorff.
