Please note if you do not check in on the first day of your stay, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Please note that guests are required to pay at the hotel with the same credit card used to make the reservation. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot stay on their own in a dormitory.

Bed linen is provided and towels can be rented at the property.

The women's dormitories are reserved exclusively for women. In the case of a reservation error, the client will take responsibility.

When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made on the day of the departure. The damage deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment.
