LES BAMBOUS, with a surface area of approximately 27 m², consists of a very bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge corner with a permanent bed (140 x 190 cm), shower room and WC. Outside, you will enjoy a private, fully independent garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and private parking, all within a fully enclosed property. The gîte is fully equipped for your comfort: Wi-Fi, portable air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, multifunction microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker (filter), kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, and hair dryer. The gîte is semi-detached with the Shorebreak gîte. Fully independent and with no overlooking neighbors, your accommodation has its own private entrance as well as a private garden, terrace, and parking area. For safety reasons related to the presence of a swimming pool and a wellness area on the property, we welcome children from the age of 12 and over in our accommodations.
