After a first life in the field of culture in Paris, the call to return to my roots was stronger than anything. With Aveyron roots dating back to the Middle Ages and perhaps longer, it was important to return to the “country”. Accustomed to welcoming and passionate about cultural and architectural heritage, we searched for and found a place that brings together these elements to share them with you. You will discover an estate restored with respect for the materials and Aveyron know-how: cut stones, lime coatings, Raujolles tiles, Larzac stones. Without nuisance, in a small locality very close to Millau, the Tarn gorges, Dourbie or Jonte, Les Caselles is the ideal place for a stopover, a stay in the Grands Causses Natural Park and the discovery of the Millau Viaduct, the Vultures, the glove making and the know-how of Roquefort.
