Cocoonr agency offers this charming 45 m² cottage, which can accommodate up to 4 people, to rent in the Val Joly d'Eppe-Sauvage nature park. It comprises a lovely 23 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 23 m² living room with two armchairs, a TV, a wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bedroom with two single beds (90×200) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 10 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - The wood-burning stove is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
