Beautiful 250m² property (clev.fr) guaranteeing calm and tranquility. This Villa is located in the much sought after area of the Semaphore. This residential area is located close to the old village and the city center of Sainte Maxime. Privileged area, it is easily accessible on foot and by car. The Villa is 1.5km from the beaches. Several terraces around the swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) and its outdoor shower. A solarium, A fully equipped summer kitchen (plancha, fridge, etc.). There is a complement to heat the pool, if required. Please contact us at least 10 days before your arrival if you choose this option. The Swimming Pool is closed from November 1st to March 31.
