The accommodation may only be used by the tenant for recreational purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Recreational purposes in any case do not include the tenant's use of the accommodation during the period that one or more of the users of the accommodation(s) is carrying out work, regardless of whether these are paid or unpaid and regardless of whether they take place in employment or outside employment. Permanent residence is not permitted.

Free WiFi is available for sending emails and checking messages. If you require a reliable and fast connection, please use our premium WiFi package for EUR 2 per day per device. The premium package can be purchased at the property.

Pets are not permitted in some accommodations. Please note that if bringing a pet its mandatory to contact us for approval. A maximum of one pet is allowed for an additional charge of EUR 7 per night. If you bring a pet, its mandatory to pay a cleaning fee of EUR 60 per mobile home.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: Bed linen: EUR 13 per single bed and EUR 20 per double bed, per stay ; Towels: EUR 8 per person, per stay ; Kitchen towel package, EUR 5 per stay

Please note that the final cleaning is not included in the price. You can book the final cleaning as an option. The charges for the final cleaning are EUR 60 per mobile home. If you don't want to pay for this service you are responsible for the cleaning of your mobile home, tent, apartment or house before departure.

A baby package is available upon request at the property for an additional charge. The charges are as follows; Baby cot: EUR 6 (per item) ; Baby bath: EUR 6 (per items), high chair: EUR 6 (per item).

It is mandatory to park your car in the designated area near your accommodation.

It is not allowed to charge electric or hybrid cars at the camping pitch or accommodation. There are special charging stations available in the park that can be used. You can check the map to see where you can charge.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Camping RCN Les Collines de Castellane of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
