"LOFT"-STYLE HOUSE WITH SPA, WIFI, NEAR THE BEACH Located above the sandy Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec, this vacation home sits in a quiet residential area. Water activities and shops are within walking distance, less than 1 km away. Fully renovated in 2015, the house offers about 100 m² of bright, comfortable living space with a modern loft design. The spacious living room features an LED TV and foosball table, opening onto a beautiful southwest-facing wooden terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, and combination microwave. Two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed) each have their own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity. There is also a separate WC with hand basin and a laundry room with washing machine. A spa for 5 people is available on the terrace, with a shower in the spa area. The garden (approx. 200 m²) is enclosed by a gate and offers parking. Two wooden terraces, facing south and southwest, are furnished with tables, six chairs, two loungers, and a rattan bench with coffee table. Charcoal and electric barbecues are provided. Underfloor heating is supplied by a heat pump, with radiators in the bathrooms. The house also features a thermodynamic water heater and smart lighting. Please note: the spa is winterized from November until the April holidays. Cleaning, bed linen, and bath towels are available for an extra charge. Maximum number of Pets: 1. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
