Located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a modern building, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with toilet and a main room grouping the living/dining room and a kitchenette. The sofa bed can sleep 2 children, ideal for a family or 2 couples of friends traveling together. Free public parking spaces allow you to park your car as close as possible to the building. The accommodation is only 2 km from the city centre and accessible by the sea to go out for lunch, dinner or if you prefer to cook, you have the weekly and weekend markets, including the famous fish market with direct sale of the return of fishing. Courseulles sur mer is one of the main fishing ports in Normandy for scallops. No wifi
