Your holiday rental includes, on the raised ground floor: an entrance hall with a desk, a living room opening onto a lovely terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (one king-size bed 180x200cm) with an en-suite shower room (large shower), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed 180x200cm that can be separated into two single beds 90x200cm upon request, and the other with a single bed), a shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. In the basement, there is a laundry room and a games room with table football and table tennis. The property features a landscaped, enclosed garden of 300m². A home office space is provided in one of the bedrooms. Easy and free parking is available on the public road in front of the house (cul-de-sac).
