Company info

Sophie is french and has worked for several years in adventure tourism. She has travelled extensively around the World including Australia and New Zealand where she worked in several bed and breakfasts as well as meeting Ian... Ian comes from New Zealand and there he and his brother had a motorcycle shop (BMW Triumph, KTM) as well as a tourism company which organised motorcycle tours around the Islands with a fleet of 60 bikes - In addition his family owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast where they worked for a period of three years. Ian has become fluent in french and has discovered a culture that he has fallen in love with and the family home of Sophie has found a new beginning - come and join us, the adventure continues...!

Property info

It was during a trip to visit France that Sophie and Ian decided to buy the family home of Sophie's grand parents (4 generations) and transform it into a 5 bedroom B&B. The complete renovation took 3 years largely undertaken by Sophie and Ian but also by local artisans as well as family and friends) .

Saint Carreuc is situated in the peaceful Breton countryside, but closeby to the amenities of a small city ( Saint Brieuc 12 minutes away) we are centrally located for clients to be able to visit all parts of the diverse Brittany region - the amazing coast, the inland forest - all easily reachable- no need to put up with the noise and hustle of a city hotel or beachside B&B, here at Les Petits Gallais, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside...
