Les Residences Lavaud Guesthouse offers 2 serviced apartments, in between a private house and a hotel. Each apartment is all equipped for self catering, but breakfast and daily cleaning is included. Therefore you'll both enjoy very high standard equipments (jacuzzis, terraces, grand piano, high end home cinema, ...), calm, a lot of space and services. Our private spa is open 24/24 for you only, as well as the lobby with the pool table. Perfect for families, groups up to 15, artists or professionals.

Neighborhood info

The area is perfect regarding public transports, to/from airports and for visiting Paris. The street itself is very quiet and opens on a big lively avenue full of shops, supermarkets, cinema, brasseries and restaurants. The area is mainly frequented by families, artists, university teachers and professionals.
