Welcome to Maison Les Roches… We look forward to welcoming you to our former 18th-century Capuchin monastery, nestled in the heart of Peyre, one of France’s Most Beautiful Villages. Overlooking the river and facing the spectacular Millau Viaduct, our home is a peaceful retreat where history and nature come together. Life moves at a gentler pace here. From the balcony, you can watch birds soaring above the river, and if you’re lucky, you may even spot the beavers that live along its banks at sunset. After a day exploring the Aveyron region, relax on our terrace or in our vaulted stone cellar at Maison Les Roches, where you can enjoy a generous sharing platter of local produce, a craft beer or a carefully selected glass of wine while soaking up the unique atmosphere of the village. We will be delighted to share our favourite places, local tips and hidden gems, so you can experience Peyre and the Aveyron the way we love them. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Who are we? We are Célia and Mika, and we are passionate about this house and the timeless village of Peyre. With Maison Les Roches, we wanted to open the doors of a place full of history and share with our guests everything we love about the Aveyron: its stunning landscapes, rich heritage, delicious local produce and warm hospitality. As we live on site, we will be delighted to welcome you personally, recommend our favourite walks, hidden gems and local restaurants, and help you make the most of your stay. You’ll also meet our two beloved companions: Bobby, our gentle old dog, and Guevara, our curious and independent cat, who occasionally likes to stop by and greet our guests. We know that pets are part of the family, which is why they are always welcome at Maison Les Roches. We look forward to welcoming yours too, so everyone can enjoy a relaxing stay together.

A peaceful retreat in the heart of the **Grands Causses Regional Natural Park**, where you could happily spend an entire summer beneath the shade of ancient dry-stone walls, overlooking the river and the vast limestone landscapes, far from the crowds of mass tourism. Here, over 3,000 km² of breathtaking scenery unfold through timeless villages steeped in history, creating the delightful feeling of having escaped somewhere truly special. What more could we say about the surroundings of Les Roches? There are countless spectacular landscapes to discover, remarkable landmarks both ancient and contemporary, endless outdoor adventures, passionate local artisans and a generous gastronomy that celebrates the flavours of Aveyron.
