Please note that bed linen and towels are provided, but the charges for bed linen and towel changes are as follows:

Bed linen: EUR 9 per person

Towels: EUR 9 per set

A child's high chair and baby cot are available for an extra charge of EUR 25 per stay (subject to availability).

If you require a child's high chair or a baby cot, you must notify the property before your arrival.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per night per pet applies, and EUR 59 per week.

Please note that a maximum of 2 animals is allowed per accommodation.

All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance.

Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure.

Please note that you are responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning (otherwise, additional charges will apply). The 'final cleaning excluding kitchenette' option can be booked at reception (at an additional cost).

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
