The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Sauvignac. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 32 m² living room with a TV and sofa - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - One bedroom with two single beds - A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room - A separate toilet Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 4.80m x 6.50m, open from 1 May to 30 September, fitted with an alarm - A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 1,500 m² facing west - Two terraces, one facing east and one facing west, each measuring 30 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Wi-Fi included – we’re just waiting for you! Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site).
