The rooms are oriented to the North with eyesight on rooftops over a quiet street (no car access). Instead of air conditioning, we offer natural cooling from the sea breeze, refreshed by the luxurious garden and centenary trees, and commonly blowing accross the appartment through its many windows. The flat is most charming, renovated with taste, wooden floor, stylish furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher... Washer and dryer are also available. Fast internet connexion (fibre) will let you enjoy the dedicated working spaces in the lounge and bedrooms. The bathroom has direct sunlight from a Velux and offers 2 separate sinks, a shower and a corner bathtub. For your comfort, parking, linen and cleaning are included.

Our flat is located in the old town, just nearby the most beautiful Notre-Dame de L'Assomption and place Sadi Carnot, one of the most charming place in the city with an old stone fountain and magnificient magnolias. We are just near the docks of Vieux Port. The neighbourhood is very lively, busy with cafés, restaurants and shops. No car traffic. Everything is either walking distance or at reach by cycling or scooter. Shops, bars, restaurants, public gardens, port, beaches and calanques are all within 15min walk. The easiest way around is thus walking (the district is actually a pedestrian area). A bike and electric scooter renting shop is only 100m away (66 Bd de la République). In case you would like to drive around, we have no miraculous way to avoid traffic, but we offer a parking place nearby to at least prevent your looking endlessly for a place to let your car. Car access to the street is restricted to residents and deliveries, controled by automatic gates with an access limited to 20min (just the time to load / unload). It is not allowed to park in the street (for more than 20min), but we offer a parking place 400m away from the appartment (parking Indigo, safe and accessible 24/24). For brief parking in front of the appartment, you need to request access at gate Esquiros (look for 295 Boulevard de la République on the GPS), in principle any time and day except sundays (weekly market in the old town). Alternatively, you can enjoy the free parking for 1h in parking Verdun, just nearby. For those coming by train, La Ciotat station is about 5km (10-15min by car / taxi).
