With its brick, sandstone, and flint façade, and its enclosed 800 m² garden, it combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Located at the end of a dead-end road, it guarantees tranquility and serenity with views of the fields. Close to Varengeville-sur-Mer (2 km) and the beach (1 km), accessible by foot or bike, it is the perfect place to recharge with family or friends, between the sea and the countryside.
