* Apartment completely renovated in 03/2024, located in the heart of the city of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps!!! * Ideal location to enjoy the charms of Annecy and discover the region. It is located 100m from the train station, the old town and the lake are a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops, restaurants, cinemas, markets... Everything is done on foot! *Bike rentals, cars are also nearby. * PARKING Chevêne, Gare from 2-4 min walk.
