INDEPENDENT villa facing south with a beautiful CLOSED garden with trees of 1500m². On the garden level, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with large central island, open to a living room. In autumn and winter you will appreciate its comfort around the pellet stove. You will also have an office space and a bright living room of great comfort, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet, laundry. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 twin beds for 2 people (90x200), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bathroom with wc. A large garden with barbecue, a wooden terrace with garden furniture and a covered shelter for your bikes, fishing equipment, beach, ... Beds made, towels and house linen provided. HEATING INCLUDED. Promotions are offered to you throughout the year. Comfortable house located in Fouesnant, between Concarneau and Bénodet, close to very beautiful beaches (Mousterlin, Beg Meil, Cap Coz, Bot Conan, and all water activities and numerous hiking and cycling trails (along the coastal or in the hinterland. In Port La Forêt, the third marina in Brittany, you may have the chance to meet great sailors, such as François GABARD or Armel LE CLEACH. You will participate in the many traditional Brittany festivities, concerts and markets. Bénodet with its thalasso and casino is 7 km away. The Pointe du Raz, Pont Aven, Locronan, the Pointe de la Torche, Le Guilvinec and the return of the fishermen are a stone's throw away
