Reception opening hours vary according to the season. In **July and August**, reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. **Outside July and August**, reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Thursday is closed, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00.

Please note that covered underground parking is available at an additional cost and must be reserved in advance.

If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance to obtain the late check-in procedure.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (one dish towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes, depending on the accommodation), basic WiFi access allowing up to five devices for browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and administration fees). For an additional cost, guests may request a specific accommodation location by contacting the residence directly.

Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at reception at the end of each week.

For any invoice request, please note that the name used will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the stay is not paid within the timeframe set out in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorisation (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be required upon arrival.

To save time at check-in, we recommend completing your pre-registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact Booking.com customer service.

Please note that reservations made under a non-refundable rate cannot be exchanged, refunded or modified, and no request for modification or cancellation will be accepted.

The beach is located 400 metres from the residence. It is a sandy beach supervised during the season, with snacks and restaurants nearby, and nautical activities are available within 1 km.

Pets are allowed in the residence for an additional fee upon presentation of the animal's passport: €75 per pet per week or €11 per pet per day for stays of 1 to 6 nights.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
