Maintenance work of the pool will be carried out from once or twice a week depending on the weather and its appearance.

The cleaning fee takes into account a standard cleaning. Any excessive cleaning will be reported to Booking and deducted from the deposit.

Up to 8 people: guests will have access to the main part of the house, which includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

From 9 people onward, the annex will be made available. It includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second bedroom in the annex will be opened starting from 11 people.
