Come stay in this fully renovated 1800s home in the historic centre of Nyons. The 40m² house is set out over 4 floors. Ground floor, you will find the compact but fully equipped Kitchen with hob, fan assisted mini oven, fridge, kettle and Dolce gusto coffee machine. Off the kitchen you have the Bathroom with walk in shower and WC. Up the spiral stairs you head to the cosy lounge on the first floor. Stylishly decorated with a sofa and chair, coffee table and smart TV, great to relax and unwind after a day exploring. Prefer to dine? The coffee table also folds out into a Dining table for you to enjoy a family meal. Up again takes you to the second WC for the house and first of the 2 bedrooms and a WC with 2 single beds and clothes storage. Finally up to the last floor and nestled on the top you have the Master room with double bed, clothes storage and dressing table.
Set in the centre of town, the house is located opposite the Église Saint Vincent and beside the local Tearoom. Set between Place des arcades and rue des Déportés with all their bars and restaurants. It is also very close to the listed Pont Roman and the River Eygues . The weekly Market is held every Thursday throughout the year (and also on a Sunday from May to September). Try the Nyons Olives!
