You have a well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a baby cot. The property is single-storey and step-free for easy mobility. Enjoy your private garden with both covered and open terraces, perfect for outdoor meals with your private barbecue. The private outdoor pool is 12 x 5 metres, flat-bottomed at 1.40 m depth, secured and open from April to November. An outdoor shower completes the pool area. The large 100 m² terrace in exotic wood features garden furniture, a large bamboo outdoor bar, a shaded picnic area for 14 to 16 people, 3 lounge areas, a gazebo, and thatched huts. You have access to 6 shared parking spaces and a communal table tennis table for your leisure. Pets are allowed, but cats live on site. Events are not permitted. The rustic Indonesian-inspired decor creates an authentic family atmosphere. In summer, 2 extra bedrooms in separate chalets increase capacity from 12 guests (November to April) to 15 guests. You are close to golf, horse riding, go-karting, beaches, surfing, sailing, jet skiing, kitesurfing, rowing, windsurfing, bowling, restaurants, bars, clubs, and vineyards.
