Notre maison est facile à vivre, se trouve dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. L'été nous profitons pleinement de la terrasse de 50 m2 et des repas entre amis ainsi que la piscine chauffée. Vous trouverez différents commerces dans le quartier. Le centre ville de Bordeaux se trouve à 5 klm et un arrêt de bus est à 100 m de la maison (centre ville à 15 mn) L'aéroport est à 7klm.

La maison se situe entre Caudéran et Le Bouscat, 2 quartiers de Bordeaux très prisés. La maison se trouve proche du parc de la Chêneraie où vous pratiquerez le jogging, une salle de sport vient d'ouvrir dans le quartier.
