Located in the heart of historic Perpignan, the suite of the house of the fig tree offers 60 m² all to yourself, completely independently, since it occupies the entire 1st floor of an old private house from the 18th? century. Decorated in a personalized, arty way, mixing the old and the modern with taste. The suite has a huge bedroom, with a 3.5m high ceiling, in which there is a high quality king size bed (bed linen is included in the price), WI-FI connection on the whole floor for fun or to work. The bathroom with its private walk-in shower is equipped with a hair dryer, body soap and towels are available at no extra charge. An extra bed can be installed there for a child. The living room of approximately 25m2, in which you will have your breakfast, has comfortable furniture, a secretary, a dining table, chairs, a coffee table and a cozy sofa to chill will make you want to take your time.
