Family home in the Gers, where countless happy memories were made. Today, it opens its doors so that everyone can come and create their own. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, and a 4,000 m² garden. It comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with 4 additional extra sleeping arrangements. A warm and welcoming home, ideal for families or groups. Located close to local markets, a lake, and municipal swimming pools (2 minutes by car), as well as thermal baths and a casino (10 minutes away). Nearby you will also find vineyards, a cinema, and renowned gastronomy. Fully equipped for comfort. Non-smoking house. Pets allowed outdoors only. Cleaning included. ATTENTION Additional Options: - Bed and bathroom linen: Fifteen euros per room used. This rate includes bed linen and two towels per room. A complete kit will be placed in each concerned room, including: - 1 duvet cover - 1 fitted sheet - Pillowcases - 2 towels Spa access: quarante euros per day. Access is available upon prior request. Please inform us before your arrival if you wish to take advantage of these options.
