Cécile and Didier warmly welcome you to their charming and traditional Béarnaise house. You enter through a traditional enclosed courtyard, where the various buildings of this restored 17th-century farmhouse are arranged (house, covered terrace, outbuildings for storing your bicycles or fishing rods, typical wooden gallery, and stone barns). This intimate outdoor space then opens onto the other part of the property, bordered by a stream (stone bridge, wooden footbridge, donkeys, sheep, chickens, meadows, orchard, and woods). This small stream offers a refreshing respite in the summer after your walks in the region (the Pyrenees are very close). Two spacious bedrooms have been furnished for you on the first floor. They feature queen-size beds, private bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet), and Wi-Fi. The breakfast room is cozy and features a wood-burning stove. Homemade or local products will be served: jams from the orchard, honey from the property, eggs from the on-site henhouse, a variety of dairy products (flan, rice pudding, homemade yogurt), pastis, and other homemade cakes. Local platters are available in the evening starting at 18 euro. Use of the single bed in the green room: + 15 euro/day. A travel cot for babies is available free of charge. Chambre Savane : First floor. One 160 x 200 cm bed + one 90 x 190 cm bed. New bedding. Supplement of 15 euro/day if you use the 90 cm bed. Adjoining bathroom (large shower, two sinks, hairdryer, towel warmer, one window). Separate private toilet (accessible via the landing). Bedroom 23 m² + bathroom 8 m². Chambre Campagnarde : 1st floor. 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm). New bedding. Room 28 m2 with private bathroom 4 m2 (large shower, 1 sink, toilet, hairdryer, electric heating). Parking is available on-site, opposite the property, to facilitate unloading your luggage. A secure storage area is available for bicycles, and a barn can accommodate motorcycles or trailers.
