We have been living in the high country of Nice for fifteen years. With this house we wanted to share with you our love of the mountains in the simplicity and comfort of an authentic house at 1100m altitude.

Property info

Our energy self-sufficient mountain house, situated on a rock at an altitude of 1100m, is cool in summer and shaded by hundred-year-old oak and lime trees. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a gas-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a sofa bed. Nearby: forest walks, the Moulin river, mountain bike trails, climbing, via ferrata, etc.

Neighborhood info

We are situated in the middle of the woods of the Vallon du Moulin at a place called Charrelle, a pretty house on a rock in the shade of hundred-year-old oak and lime trees.
