## The space This bright and very pleasant house is composed of : on the ground floor : -an entrance hall, -a lovely living room with fitted and equipped kitchen leading directly onto a superb terrace, -a master suite (160cm bed) with en suite shower room (shower, 2 basins, wc) and storage space -A laundry room, -separate wc. First floor: -Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), -a bathroom with bath and 2 basins A pretty garden with sheds, a sheltered terrace where you can enjoy the lounge and deckchairs. WIFI included. ## Other things to note Household linen is provided. Beds are made on arrival. This accommodation benefits from a concierge service throughout your stay. Erwan and Myriam from the Conciergerie le château de sable are delighted to welcome you to this lovely house.
