A superb, restored 19th-century stone house, combining authenticity and modern comfort. With its 280 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for stays with family or friends. This house is first and foremost a family home, carefully restored by its owner with respect for its history. The stone walls, bedrooms with original floorboards, and spacious rooms attest to its charm and create a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The house is fully equipped, designed for comfortable and convivial stays. Pillows and duvets are provided. Guests can bring their own linens, or linens are available for an additional fee upon request. Outside, enjoy a 7,000 m² wooded park, ideal for relaxing, playing, or soaking up the sun. The private swimming pool, with optional heating, extends your summer days in a preserved natural setting.
The owner has restored his family home to share it with others. Fabienne will be delighted to be your main point of contact. Discreet yet available, I will ensure your stay runs smoothly and remain reachable for any questions, advice, or special needs. The house is located in the heart of the countryside, in a peaceful, unspoiled natural setting, at the crossroads of four departments: Gironde, Charente, Charente-Maritime, and Dordogne. You are close to Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Cognac, and Angoulême. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and hikes, nature outings, and outdoor activities such as canoeing and kayaking, just 30 minutes away. The region abounds with charming villages, cultural centers, vineyards, and renowned gastronomy.
