This small chalet is 30 meters from my house on a private land with an electric gate to get in. We build this small chalet in 1995 ourself like in the old time . We used noble wood "Sylvestre Pines" This house was my guest house only for my good old friends . I made an extension to the main house so now the little chalet is free and I start to rent it few months ago . People really love it because it is a kind of unique specialy for couple in love who wants to be in a really calm an cosy place . Having a glass of wine or a cup of coffé on the small deck watching the Mont- Blanc is amazing . I do that for 30 years and I still love this place it makes me feel in peace . You drive 12 minutes and you are in Chamonix mountain town famous all around the world. Good restaurant , good shopping you can almost find anything you want on main street which is a pedestrian street . You will love it , sorry for my writting I do the best I can . Cheers .

My village is a small village 3 minutes from Geneva -Chamonix -Italy highway . This is an old village it is calm an quiet . A lot of Mountain Guides and ski instructors live there because it is less busy than Chamonix and we have a lot of more sun here than Chamonix because we are on the south side of the valley and farther back from the mountain it is more open than the top part of the valley . Super green and a lot of flowers all around . Spring start here in beginning of March and most of the time you have super young green grass at the bottom and the winter still is at the top of the mountain ! So you can have a drink in dress only with a shirt and look at the super white snow Mont-Blanc right above the fields . I really love this valley .I travel a lot I have to admit there are not so many places like that in the world .
