Welcome to Morcenx, a village in the Landes forest near the natural park and white sand beaches. You will find all the amenities with its shops, sports activities (tennis, fishing, etc.) and Lake Arjuzanx for swimming and sailing. This cottage in a group of 4 will allow you to enjoy all these advantages and village life for a very reasonable price. On one level, it consists of: a living room with kitchenette, shower room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), separate toilets, balcony, shared washing machines, microwave, television, wifi internet. Shared unfenced land with private area of 500 m², garden furniture, shared barbecue, terrace, courtyard, covered shelter. Cottage located in the village, next to the church. Common land and entrance for all lodgings. Parking on property. Heating three euro/day from October to end of April. The price does not included: sheets (rental possible) - shower linen (no rental) - heating consumption - housework (forty euro)
