There is a choice of 3 baker's as well as 2 grocery stores open 7 days a week within a short 5 min walk. Historical center of Annecy with all tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shops is within a 15 min stroll away from our property. Annecy is "the place to be" for all outdoor sports enthusiasts. Will it be cycling, hiking, climbing, paragliding, skiing or any other outdoor sport - there is enough space to have fun for each of you. You are also allowed to be "lazy" in Annecy;-) Just lie by the lake or choose one of bar's or coffee shops to enjoy your drinks.

The apartment is situated within a 5 minutes walk from bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, tea room, supermarket, chocolate factory, pharmacy, bike rental. The historic center of Annecy, its pedestrian streets, the castle, the old prison, restaurants and shops are a 15-minute stroll from the accommodation. You might also like to discover the Annecy Old Town market which is open every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lake Annecy and its beaches are easily accessible by bicycle (10 min) or on foot (30 min). The nearest ski resorts are Le Semnoz 25 min, La Clusaz / Manigod 40 min, Le Grand Bornand 40 min.
