Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included. Guests must clean the kitchen area and their dishes. A set of cleaning products is available at the reception for an extra fee of EUR 4.

When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online.

In winter, snow tires and / or chains are compulsory.

When booking from 7 rooms or more than 15 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes nonrefundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
