PETS

Pets may be admitted to the NAUTICA property, subject to prior approval by management and in accordance with the conditions in effect at the time of booking.

Animals must be kept on a leash in the common areas of the property and must not be left alone in the rooms without supervision. Their presence must not cause any nuisance to other guests or hotel staff.

Guests are responsible for any damage, deterioration, soiling, or nuisance caused by their pet, whether in the rooms, common areas, or outdoor areas of the establishment. In the event of noncompliance with these rules, management reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the stay, without any refund being required.

DAMAGE TO ROOMS AND BILLING

All rooms made available to guests must be returned in the same condition as when they were first occupied, except for normal wear and tear resulting from normal use.

In the event of damage, deterioration, breakage, loss of equipment or furniture, or soiling requiring specific cleaning (in particular carpets, bedding, curtains, walls, or sanitary facilities), the costs of restoration, repair, or replacement will be charged in full to the customer responsible.

The operating company reserves the right to debit, where applicable, the amount corresponding to the necessary repairs or replacements from the payment method provided at the time of booking, or to claim payment by any other legal means.

Any damage found may also give rise to additional charges in the event of prolonged immobilization of the room or loss of use.
