Villa Magdeleine has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2020. The house is located in Rue Etienne Berny, between the port and the Place des Lices and you are only one minute walk from the Port and one minute walk from the Place des Lices! The street Etienne Berny guarantees peace and serenity: it is a pedestrian lane without shops and cars, very calm and typically Provençal! The street is lined with houses with Provençal gardens. You will find air conditioning (or reversible heating), wifi, fully equipped kitc swimming pool, patio and southern terrace AND a free access to the covered parking Foch The charm of the house lies in the pleasure of having a patio, a garden, a pool house and a beautiful swimming poo! You will also have the benefice to have a free access to the covered car park "Parking Foch", located at 19, avenue de la Resistance, in Saint Tropez Thanks to the fantastic location of the house, you will fully enjoy the atmosphere of Saint-Tropez, its shops and restaurants. Provençal market is every Tuesday and Saturday on the Place des Lices :) My wish is that you spend the most pleasant holiday in St Tropez. I look forward to welcoming you!
